The Elysium Projects — Serene, Fantastic, Residence
Three districts, three audiences: Kandilli, Bomonti and Taksim. Three independent sales strategies under a single brand.
At Ofton İnşaat I took an active role in the sales and marketing of the Elysium projects, developed across several of Istanbul’s most distinctive locations. A total of 280 apartments were sold during this period.
Three projects, three separate sales languages
| Project | Location | Leading value |
|---|---|---|
| Elysium Serene | Kandilli | The refined natural fabric of the Bosphorus; privacy |
| Elysium Fantastic | Bomonti | A transforming city centre; appreciation potential |
| Elysium Residence | Taksim | Central position; cultural and commercial access |
Developed under one brand, these three projects addressed entirely different buyer profiles. It was not possible to speak the same language to a family seeking privacy and nature in Kandilli and an investor seeking capital growth in Bomonti.
A period of specialisation
For me this was not simply a stretch of selling high-specification homes. It was the period in which I learned that every project must be positioned according to its own location, architecture, understanding of living and investment potential.
From the refined natural life of Kandilli to the changing urban fabric of Bomonti, from the cultural energy of Taksim to the international service standard of Rixos, I took on the responsibility of matching very different value propositions to what the client actually expected.
The years that formed a professional identity
The Ofton period was where I deepened in project positioning, target audience analysis, investor relations, client experience and value-led selling — and where my professional identity substantially took shape.
