Rixos Elysium Suites Taksim

Smart-building technology, five-star hotel service and a professional rental model combined into a single investment story — plus owner coordination through the hotel conversion.

At the centre of my time at Ofton İnşaat was Rixos Elysium Suites Taksim, developed under the Rixos brand. I worked as sales manager on this project for an extended period and coordinated with unit owners through the building’s conversion into a hotel.

Combining four different values into one story

From a sales standpoint this was not a conventional residential project. It carried four separate value propositions at once:

  • Smart-building technology — a level of specification not yet common in Türkiye at the time
  • Five-star hotel service — the Rixos operating standard
  • A professional rental model — the income structure that turns the property into an investment instrument
  • Central location — the cultural and commercial energy of Taksim

Explaining these four separately was easy. The difficult part was positioning all of them inside a single investment and lifestyle story. A buyer who hears four features listens to a list; a buyer who hears one story makes a decision.

From sales into ownership management

The hotel conversion process was the first experience that taught me a sale does not end at signature. Coordinating with owners who had already purchased their units, through the transition into hotel operations, required expectation management, a legal framework and a long-running relationship. The sales representative’s job did not end there — it began there.

The project that changed my approach

Rixos Elysium Suites Taksim was decisive in shifting my approach from “selling real estate” toward presenting the right way of living and the right investment model to a client.
