Toskana Vadisi

Sales and client relations for 465 villas at Emaar Properties — the project where the career began.

Toskana Vadisi şantiyesinde altı kişilik ekiple, kariyerin başı

My professional journey in real estate began at Toskana Vadisi, in villa sales and client relations management. Starting a career inside Emaar Properties — a developer treated as a reference point on a global scale — permanently shaped how I understand selling.

The discipline learned inside an international organisation

Emaar is a Dubai-based developer recognised worldwide. Beginning work inside an organisation of that calibre taught me that a sale is not an outcome but a system: the sum of correct processes, strong communication and earned client trust. The corporate sales discipline and client-first approach I carry today were formed in those years.

First specialisation: the villa segment

Being part of the sales process for 465 villas meant learning in the field how the upper-segment buyer actually decides. A villa buyer thinks differently from an apartment buyer: privacy, garden, the character of the neighbours and the long-term shape of family life all come before price.

I saw that distinction here for the first time, and confirmed it repeatedly across different geographies over the twenty years that followed.

The strong sales performance I delivered early on became the foundation that directed the rest of my career.

Looking back

With hindsight, those first years were not merely the beginning of my professional life — they were one of the most formative periods in how I see real estate sales altogether.
