Folkart Nefes İstanbul

Villa living in the Göl Vadisi valley, Büyükçekmece. Ownership of the full pipeline, from building the sales strategy to transferring the title deed.

Tayfun Kesmen, proje lobisinde

I took an active role in building and executing the sales strategy for Folkart Nefes İstanbul Villa, developed in the Göl Vadisi valley in Büyükçekmece. The project combined villa living integrated with nature, upper-segment architecture and high living standards.

Responsibility across the whole line, from strategy to close

I held responsibility at several stages of the process:

  • Building the sales strategy — from a blank sheet
  • Defining the target client profile — who, why, and at what budget
  • Managing the upper-segment client portfolio
  • One-to-one meetings and closing
  • Delivering project-level revenue targets
  • Managing sales performance sustainably

A sale does not end at signature: delivery and title deed

My role at Folkart Nefes İstanbul made it far clearer that a sale is not completed when the contract is signed. From the buyer’s decision through to handover of the property and transfer of the title deed, the whole process is part of the same client experience.

By managing villa handovers and title deed transfers, I contributed to completing the project’s post-sale operations. This is the most frequently skipped stage in real estate: the nine months after the contract is signed are what determine whether the client will describe you as a reference.

The project where a whole-pipeline approach was formed

This period is where I developed an approach that treats sales, client relations and after-sales as a single whole. My role evolved from a professional who “makes the sale” into one who manages the project’s commercial targets, the client experience and the post-sale process together.
